“Re-engage! Alternative paths to motivate and engage youth back to work”is a transnational Project leaded by Fundación Coremsa and implemented together with four institutions: the Association of Consultants and Experts in Social Economy (ACE-ES RO) ,and the Association Maia (both from Romania), the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development IED (Greece) and the Association Prodiversa-Progress and Diversity (Spain). The project started on November 1st 2016, has a duration of 24 months and is developed with th support of the European Commission, through the Erasmus+ program, Key Action 2 – Strategic Partnerships in the field of Youth.

Re-engage! has the aim to give young people the opportunity to experience success through self-development, creative thinking and exploring their possibilities. The project will provide training support both to trainers, youth leaders and young people (especially NEETs).

Re-engage will work with young unemployed at two levels: first, equipping them with the motivation and skills needed to enter the labor market,special focus will be put on personal development and positive thinking;second, for more proactive young people who would like to explore self-employment, the project will create specific entrepreneurship support to promote entrepreneurship and self-employment to set up their own business as an alternative route into the labor market.

Re-engage! is going to promote many interesting activities young people can join:

  1. Course pack "Make the Best out of Yourself" - boosting confidence and motivation, where you will find on the one hand tools, skills and knowledge to become an entrepreneur, and on the other hand recommendations for guidance professionals on strategies used to empower and activate young demotivated learners and workers;
  2. E-learning platform ENGAGE-HUB, where you will find videos and interactive materials on personal development and entrepreneurship.
  3. The Creative ME Toolbox, whichwill provide tips on how to unlock creativity!

So young people will be offered a training on entrepreneurship and obtain advice and support on how to prepare a business plan!

The Re-engage! team would be very happy, if you could benefit from this project. Do not hesitate to contact us through our Facebook Page: Re-engage! Youth back to work
